We are looking for a  Processor - Production, Experienced
 
Job Type: Full-time

Job Location:  East Syracuse, NY

Shift:  Overnight - 12hr shift

Department: Production 

Job Description: Clean, set up, operate and monitor specified process equipment and systems; batch products; record required information on form documents, regulatory charts and operational/cleaning checklists maintaining 100% accuracy.  Use human interface machines/computers to move product from point to point.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Complete standard batching in accordance with documented formulas
  • Monitor the flow of product and communicate any issues as they arise.
  • Monitor Systems utilizing HMI screens, reacting accordingly to alarms.
  • Troubleshoot processing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Accurately record data on required forms, regulatory charts and both operational and cleaning checklists.
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of immediate area and use all required PPE when handling chemicals.
  • Follow all safety regulations and promote a safe and harmonious work environment.
  • Ensure compliance to all OSHA, NYSA&M, PMO, FDA, SQF and requirements.
Skills:
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written to all levels in the company (Able to express information and ideas in speaking through words and sentences, either written or spoken so that others will understand)
  • Skilled in Mechanical aptitude, (I.e. Set up, teardown physical connections)
  • Ability to apply basic Time Management techniques in personal daily tasks
  • Ability to develop trust and strengthen partnerships internal of the organization.
Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED
